Now with actual High Scores!

V2 of the TURBO edition now includes the ability to enter your name on the High Score table, irrespective of whether you complete the entire game!

The original Colin The Cleaner only let you enter your name if you finished the entire game, which - since scores are entirely derived from item collection - also meant you would only ever put exactly the same score on the table!

This was also true of the TURBO version, since I reimplemented identical algorithms for almost everything - until now! I've now added extra code to check if you beat the lowest score, and then to bring up the High Score entry screen when you lose all lives, or run out of time.

(Possible Later Enhancement: I may at a later date also factor in the time you take when you do complete the game, to make completion scores vary also - but that's not part of this update. If you want this feature, shout about it!)
